Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ZoroFresh account and its personal data at any time.

Delete from the app

1. Open the ZoroFresh app and log in.
2. Go to Account and tap your name (Edit profile).
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your name, mobile number, email, saved addresses and favourites are removed immediately. Order records are kept in anonymised form for accounting and legal purposes.

Cannot open the app?

Contact us using the details below from your registered mobile number or email and we will delete your account within 7 days.
