By using the ZoroFresh apps or website you agree to these terms.

Orders

• Orders are fulfilled by partner stores. Prices, offers and availability are shown in the app and may change.
• Fresh produce is natural, so size, colour and weight can vary slightly. Items sold by weight are packed as close to the stated weight as possible.
• An order is confirmed when the store accepts it. If an item is unavailable, the store may cancel the order.

Payments

You can pay with cash or UPI when the order is delivered. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to their stated conditions.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Please share the 4-digit delivery code from the app with the rider only when you receive your order.

Accounts

Keep your password private. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, place fake orders or abuse offers.

Partners

Stores and riders must provide accurate information and follow applicable laws, including food safety rules.
